2. Data We Collect
When you visit our website:
We process server log files (IP address, browser type, date/time, pages accessed) for security and technical operation purposes. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). This data is automatically deleted after at most 5 weeks.
When you contact us (contact form or e-mail):
We process your name, e-mail address, company name, and the content of your message. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When we enter into a contract:
We process all data necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations, including invoicing and communication data. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
3. Data Retention
Contact data is retained for up to 3 years after the last contact, provided no contractual relationship exists. Any longer retention applies only where necessary, until the expiry of relevant limitation periods, statutory retention obligations, or any legal proceedings in which the data is required as evidence.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data with service providers (currently: accounting) under data processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the EEA without adequate safeguards.

This website does not use cookies.
